The recipes come from our expert Chef who has devoted his whole life to recreating his own version of Thai street food.

Chef Len was born and raised in Chonburi, Thailand. He is passionate about Thai street food. As a boy he would watch the local Thai chefs prepare the food. He became obsessed with observing, tasting, and then trying to recreate the dishes at home.
Through years of this process Len began to develop his own style, taking inspiration from the local chefs and adding his own twist to the recipes.
He has cultivated his passion for Thai street food into his full time job as a Chef at Rosniyom where he has the honor of serving his customers with his signature Thai dishes.
